Unity & Belonging
Wearing the same jacket or sweater brings a sense of sisterhood. It reminds each girl that she’s part of something powerful, loving, and unbreakable—a community that has her back.

Accomplishment & Confidence
DOTS girls earn the right to wear their gear by showing leadership, courage, or commitment to the program. Just like a varsity letter, it becomes a badge of honor and motivation to keep going.

Visibility & Representation
When our girls wear their jackets or sweaters in school or the community, they are seen and recognized. They represent the values of Daughters of the Struggle: resilience, grace, purpose, and strength.

Protection & Identity
The gear also symbolizes protection. When a DOTS girl wears her jacket, she carries her values with her. It gives her confidence in who she is—and reminds others to see her not just as a statistic, but as a leader in the making.
